    The room I stayed in was fabulous and quiet with a level higher than-4 as well as the bedroom. The location was amazing and the staff members were efficient. There was a fabulous restaurant, a market and shops next door.

    Lots of products for an incredible and top breakfast. Well-appointed room with magnificent views of the valley. Had amazing and incredible location to the market on Tuesday, so close to Caves du Palais Saint Firmin.

    We liked fantastic and top breakfasts!

    they gave a classic king room with a valley view, a bath plus large bathroom as we booked. its location around 10-15 minutes walk from caves du palais saint firmin was stunning and wonderful.

    We stayed in a Superior Room Village Side, and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. The mix of modern amenities with that charming Provence vibe was awesome. The room had a cool feature with a mirror TV, and the views were gorgeous. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn't seem to keep up, and it got a bit stuffy at night. Still, the attention to detail with decor and the welcome gifts were nice.

    The location, the hotel, the room and the spa are wonderfull. The receptionist was adamant during checkout before a misunderstanding regarding the payment of spa services. I hired a half-day spa that included two massages and a "dejeuner" for 195 euros, however when my husband did the checkout said they were two massages with a "petit dejeuner" as I was not present and there was not half a day spa with petit dejeuner but only with dejeuner the receptionist decided to collect the massages a la carte, in case 215 euros without petit dejeuner or dejeuner. When I exit the spa to lunch the mess was made, I clarified the situation and said that I intended to have lunch, then the recepcinista said that could not be possible because the bill was..

    ...Already closed. Despite my insistence she remained unmoved and I ended up with no breakfast and no lunch and still did pay 20 euros more. This situation is ridiculous for a 5 star hotel. Much more than unfortunate, with this gesture they spoil my day and all the well-being brought by the spa.

    The view from the pool was amazing, and the spa was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day exploring. The unique dining experiences were our favorite highlights, especially a dinner under the stars with fine valley views. Each little detail, from the decor to the outdoor seating.

    Exceptional!! I can assure you that this hotel is one of the best places to stay while in Provence! We stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed for a week. Since you will need a car to get to Gordes, you can just use this hotel as your base and drive easily to all the other little towns in a very short amount of time. The view from the hotel is stunning and the service is impeccable. Our room was huge and had an incredible view. We were moved to a valley view since there was availability with no problem. It truly is everything you would expect from a 5 star and more!
